Message from Lively

We’re thrilled to kick off a new interview series, sharing the journeys of people who are making a real impact in sustainability. Through their stories, we hope to bring you fresh insights, new perspectives, and a little inspiration along the way.

For our first feature, we sat down with Kenta Sudo, CEO of Sudo Farm in Tateyama City, Chiba. He’s leading the way in environmentally responsible livestock management while maintaining exceptional standards in milk production.

Kenta has launched unique initiatives like the Fresh Milk Shake Festival, a collaboration with local restaurants, and Single Origin Cow Milk, which comes from a single cow rather than being blended from multiple sources. He’s also tackling one of dairy farming’s biggest challenges—measuring and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

His passion for the future is truly inspiring, and now he’s taking an even bigger leap: creating what could be Japan’s first-ever Sustainability Report for a dairy farm. We’re honored that Lively is partnering with him on this groundbreaking initiative, which led to this very first interview in our series.

This is just the beginning – we can’t wait to share more stories of changemakers shaping a sustainable future. Stay tuned!
