*About the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC)
The UNGC is an international initiative promoted by the United Nations to advance sustainable and responsible business practices among companies and organizations. By endorsing the “Ten Principles” across four areas—human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption—it demonstrates how businesses can contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and promotes responsible action on a global scale.
The UNGC requires signatory companies and organizations to implement sustainability initiatives and ensure transparency. Participating entities submit an annual “Communication on Progress” to review their activities and fulfill their accountability to society.
Through these activities, the UNGC promotes corporate social responsibility and global collaboration to realize a more sustainable and equitable society.
Lively is deeply honored to have signed the UN Global Compact, an international initiative. Through this signature, we will further integrate internationally consistent principles into our management and operations, fulfill our corporate social responsibility, and strive to realize a sustainable society. Furthermore, we will deepen our commitment to diverse sustainability challenges we have pursued, including net-zero, biodiversity, human rights, and animal welfare. Through collaboration with domestic and international partners and stakeholders, we will contribute to solving global issues.
