On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, Tsuyoki Taneda, CEO of Lively LLC, spoke at “DX BOOST FUKUOKA 2025”, held at Fukuoka Growth Next in Tenjin, Fukuoka City. The event, hosted by Avispa Fukuoka Co., Ltd. and its DX partner companies, aimed to support the sustainable growth of businesses and startups in the Fukuoka and Kyushu region. Taneda discussed how digital transformation (DX) and sustainability can drive value creation for local companies and startups.
“DX BOOST FUKUOKA 2025” was organized as a platform for companies and startups based in Fukuoka and Kyushu to explore how digital transformation, value creation, and sustainability can be integrated to achieve sustainable growth.
The event was hosted by Avispa Fukuoka, a professional football club competing in Japan’s J.League, with a strong commitment to community engagement. Their DX Partner Program has drawn attention for fostering collaboration between sports and business, creating new value with regional companies.
As a partner company of HiTalent Inc., the DX partner of Avispa Fukuoka, Tsuyoki Taneda, Founder & CEO of Lively LLC, was invited to speak on the theme of “DX for Value Creation.” Tsuyoki Taneda has extensive experience consulting on projects that integrate sustainability, finance, and digital transformation to enhance corporate value. At this event, he shared insights on the integration of sustainability, DX, and financial strategy, using real project examples to highlight future directions in management.

Taneda explained, using data and real-world examples, that sustainable corporate value is created not through cost-cutting “defensive DX,” but through “offensive DX” that generates new customer value and business models. He noted that such approaches lead to competitive advantages that are difficult to replicate.

Taneda introduced initiatives by Lively and its partners, including satellite-based forest traceability and digital platforms supporting agriculture. These cases demonstrated how DX can simultaneously enhance corporate value while contributing to environmental and social sustainability.

Quoting the African proverb, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together,” Taneda highlighted the importance of collaboration among companies, municipalities, investors, and financial institutions.
