For our 5th interview, we spoke with Hiroki Inoue, who is not only exploring new forms of agriculture through no-till farming but also pursues a wide range of challenges, including raising hens and honey bees, producing artisanal seasonings, and creating a universally accessible farm.
On Sunday, October 19, 2025, Niko Niko Farm and Lively co-hosted a regenerative agriculture seed-sowing program. Through the experience of sowing seeds and sharing a meal made from the farm’s bounty, we created a place for people to reflect on the nature of food. We deeply resonate with Niko Niko Farm’s philosophy and their goal of building a universal farm where anyone can engage with nature, and we look forward to hosting more collaborative events in the future.
