1. Definitions

The following are definitions of terms used in this Privacy Policy.

GDPR The official name is the General Data Protection Regulations (EU General Data Protection Regulation).
EU "EU” means the European Union, including the member states of the European Union and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the European Economic Area (EEA) Agreement.

Personal Data includes Personal Information and Information related to Personal Information as defined in the Personal Information Protection Act.
Processing “Processing” means any operation or set of operations carried out on personal data or sets of personal data, whether by automatic means or not, such as collecting, recording, editing, compiling, structuring, storing, modifying or altering, retrieving, referencing, using, disclosing by transmission, distributing, or otherwise making available, aligning or combining, restricting, erasing or destroying.
Processor Processor means a person who handles Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.
Restriction of processing "Restriction of processing” means the marking of personal data in record storage in order to limit its processing in the future.
Data Subject "Data Subject” means an identified or identifiable natural person whose personal data is processed by the Administrator.
Third Party “Third Party” means any natural or legal person, public authority, department or other organization other than the Data Subject, the Controller, the Processor and persons authorized to process personal data under the direct authorization of the Controller or the Processor.
Data Subject Consent "Data Subject Consent” means a freely given, identified, prior informed, unambiguous indication of the Data Subject's intention, by which the Data Subject expresse their consent, through a statement or clear affirmative action, to the processing of personal data relating to them.
Profiling "Profiling” means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning that perspn's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movement.

2. Purposes of Use of Personal Data

We will use Personal Data only for the following purposes.

3. Revision of Purposes of Use of Personal Data

  • Name, title, and name of the corporation to which you belong, E-mail address, telephone number

  • E-mail address, telephone number
  • Other identification documents (e.g. copy of health insurance card and resident certificate) and the information contained in such documents for the purpose of verification

  • Login information
  1. 5) Information for payment, credit card information, bank account information, e-money information and other payment-related information will be automatically transferred to the payment service provider’s platform and sent to them. The Company does not obtain, view, or retain credit card information.

5. Methods of Acquiring of Personal Data

For the purposes of use described above, we will acquire Personal Data through the following acquisition methods.

6. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties

We will not provide Personal Data obtained with the prior consent of the individual to any third party, except in the following cases.

    The Controller must provide a copy of the Personal Data being processed upon the Data Subject's request for access.
  3. Right to Correction
    The Data Subject may request the Controller to correct inaccurate Personal Data.
  4. Right to Erasure
    The Data Ssubject has the right to obtain from the Controller the erasure of Personal Data concerning them without delay in certain cases.
  5. Right to Restrict Processing
    The Data Subject has the right to have the Controller restrict processing in certain cases.
  6. Right to Data Portability
    The Data Subject has the right to receive Personal Data concerning them in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. They also have the right to have such data transferred to another controller without interference from the Controller to whom the Personal Data was originally provided.
  7. Right to Object
    The Data Subject has the right to object to the processing of their Personal Data on the basis of the necessity of the processing for purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by third parties.
  8. Right not to be Subjected to Automated Processing, including Profiling
    The Data Subject has the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, such as profiling, that produce legal effects or similarly significant consequences for them. Please note that we do not perform automated processing, including profiling, with respect to a Data Subject's Personal Data.

10. Security Control, Improvement, and Review of Personal Data

As the Controller, we shall implement appropriate technical and organizational security control measures with respect to the protection of Personal Data. We will conduct inspections of our Personal Data handling practices, management systems and initiatives, and will continuously improve and revise them.

11. Storage and Disposal of Personal Data

Personal Data will be stored for the legal retention period applicalbe in each EU Member State and Japan. After the expiration of the legal retention period, Personal Data will be securely deleted as promptly as possible, unless it is necessary for the purpose of the contract or other processing.

13. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy was established on December 22, 2023 and last revised on January 14, 2024. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time as required by laws or by our internal policies. In such cases, the revised Privacy Policy will apply from the effective date specified separately by the Company. However, we will not use the Personal Data of Data Subjects in new ways without their consent.
