To assist a major Japanese IT company launch a new data platform business, Lively conducted relevant market research and developed a strategy thereof.
The focus was on the data platform market for visualizing GHG emissions in the manufacturing supply chain. We assessed business potential by analyzing market trends, growth potential and key competitors, and identified the most promising business hypotheses among several ones.
