The purpose of this project was to help our client, a major materials manufacturer, understand global regulatory and market trends to develop a future business plan: Lively analyzed major regulations in the EU, Japan, and the US, focusing on net zero emissions, circular economy, and biodiversity. Based on this analysis, we assessed the market applicability of the client's technology and products, drawing a plan to enhance its competitiveness.

What are the considerations for addressing environmental regulations?
To maintain and enhance global competitiveness, our client needed to accurately understand and swiftly respond to global environmental trends in regulation. Changes in regulations regarding net carbon neutrality, circular economy, biodiversity, human rights, and animal welfare significantly have a significant impact on corporate activities, requiring appropriate strategic actions that address both risks and opportunities. We thoroughly examined regulatory and market trends to provide concrete suggestions for the client’s business development in this project.
